Thanks, Kevin! From the armchair of this 80yo sickly retired physician/psychiatrist and off shore sailor, so Power Squadron trained climate student/watcher, the weather has OBVIOUSLY taken a turn for unusual warm and humid, as well as long episode of thunder storms/tornadoes east of the Mississippi valley. No "peer review" here, just an old doc paying attention to the weather for 40yrs. and following a number of climate experts on the net. I'm in Marietta, Ohio now for 5yrs. and the locals are alarmed by this very unusual weather: 71 degF and dew point 71deg at 10:30 PM, so 100 % humidity and the suffocating wet bulb we have been seeing earlier and earlier yearly. I have never seen this pattern this early before. Have a blessed evening!
